Disclosed are a mesoporous carbon-carbon nanotube nanocomposite with structural regularity and a manufacturing method of the same. The manufacturing method of the mesoporous carbon-carbon nanotube nanocomposite with structural regularity comprises the following steps: producing a mixture of a carbon precursor, and mesoporous silica with structural regularity; carbonizing the mixture to obtain carbide; and removing the mesoporous silica from the carbide.
