Provided are an image processing method for removing aliasing and an image processing device applying the same. The image processing method receives data information about a polygonal image; determines the position of an interpolation vertex at an external angle of a vertex composing the polygonal image by using the data information about the polygonal image; interpolates an inputted polygon and a space of the polygon composed by the interpolation vertex according to interpolation coefficients; and outputs the interpolated polygonal image. As a result, aliasing can be removed even when the complex polygon is displayed or the size of the image is changed.
