A manufacturing method for non-sintered ferrite ceramic thick film using inkjet printing method is disclosed to prevent nozzle clogging and secure superior filling rate. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the manufacturing method for non-sintered ferrite ceramic thick film using inkjet printing method comprises the following steps. Ferrite ink composed of organic solvent and magnetic powder is dispensed on a substrate with a scanning method using a first inkjet nozzle. Polymer resin is impregnated to the ferrite ink by dispensing the polymer resin with a scanning method using a second inkjet nozzle on the substrate dispensed with the ferrite ink. The ferrite ceramic thick membrane is formed by hardening the ferrite ink and the polymer resin on the substrate. The ferrite magnetic powder is composed of at least two types of magnetic powder having different diameters, and the ratio between the magnetic powder with the largest diameter and that of smallest diameter is maintained at 1:2.4-1:10 to satisfy the filling rate of 40-80 vol%.
