The present invention relates to a device for collecting gold in waste water by electrolysis and a resin adsorption method. The device comprises: a main body (10) having an inlet (11) and an outlet (12) for flowing the waste water; an electrolyzer (20) connected to the inlet at the main body and including an anode plate (24) and a negative plate (25) in a predetermined space; an adsorption tower (30) connected to a discharge pipe of the electrolyzer at the main body and including an upper pipe (31) and a lower pipe (32); and a control device (50) installed at the main body and controlling the flow of the waste water of the adsorption tower. Accordingly, the flow of the continuous process is not prevented and the gold is efficiently collected to fit concentration. Furthermore, the durability of related facilities can be improved by removing heavy metals.
