A shift lever guide plate of a manual transmission and a gear shifting control box of the manual transmission including the same are disclosed. The shift lever guide plate vertically slides by being engaged with the operation of a lever. The shift lever guide plate comprises a main guide plate, which includes a lever moving path continued with a fixed pattern in a width direction, and an auxiliary guide plate forming a vertical guide hole. The vertical guide hole guides the vertical movement of the lever and horizontally slides by being installed on the lower surface of the main guide plate and being engaged with the operation of the lever.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
