The present invention relates to a method and circuit for detecting an error of output voltage by wiring voltage of a switching power source and a method and circuit for controlling the output voltage. The present invention determines and detects the error of the output voltage by analyzing whether a term in which a term lower than reference voltage is set up is long than a predetermined term or shorter than the predetermined term among fly-back voltage waveforms induced in a feedback wire. The oscillation is not generated by removing a detection error in comparison with a traditional technology.
