The present invention relates to a stereocomplex of biodegradable copolymers and a manufacturing method thereof. The stereocomplex of biodegradable copolymers comprises D form polylactide copolymers consisting of D form polylactide and at least one type monomer, and L form polylactide copolymers consisting of L form polylactide and at least one type monomer and has excellent thermal stability and mechanical strength. Therefore, the stereocomplex of biodegradable copolymers can be applied to engineering plastics, general purpose plastic substitutes, highly efficient medical materials etc.
