The electric vehicle of a smart grid of the present invention comprises a charging mode which charges the stare of charge (SOC) of a battery (30) by using the the power supply (commercial AC power) of the smart grid (100) to be converged into a DC power supply, a battery mode circuit group (1) which switches the DC power supply of the battery (30) into AC power and charges the power supply (commercial AC power) of the smart grid (100) and executes the generating mode, a battery mode controller (20) which controls the charging mode or the generating mode of the battery mode circuit group (1) based on the SOC environment of the battery (30), therefore, the electric vehicle of the smart grid (100) can be used as the generating which charges the power supply (commercial AC power) at the same time, and in particular, the smart grid system is deployed into the electric vehicle to utilize the characteristics of the invention.
