The present invention relates to a dynamic voltage compensation system using an energy storage device and a dynamic voltage compensation method. More specifically, a compensation system which compensates a voltage drop for milliseconds or seconds occurred in a system power source or a voltage change due to a momentary power failure and a dynamic voltage compensation method are provided.
