The present invention relates to a matrix platform for culturing stem cells containing heparin-based hydrogel, especially, the matrix platform for culturing adult stem cells and a production method of the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to the matrix platform for culturing the stem cells which contains heparin and water soluble polymers, in which the content of the heparin is 1-40 wt% of the total weight of the culturing matrix platform. The matrix platform for culturing the stem cells is capable of supplying optimized environment for the adhesion and breeding of the stem cells, and maintains the pluripotency of the cultured stem cells to be effectively used in breeding and studying of the stem cells.
