A life log data generating method for automatically systematizing and classifying experiences of a user and combining the experiences with time information and position information is provided. The life log data generating method includes a step of generating a task structure, which composes a storage structure of life log data and includes a plurality of tasks, and receiving it from a server; a step of activating one or more of the tasks according to a preset task activation condition or user request; a step of generating time position logging information including time and position information by periodically measuring time and position; and a step of storing content logging information in the life log data by relating it with the activated tasks by motoring content executed or generated by a user on a life logging device.
