The present invention relates to a construction method of a circular cross-sectional reinforced concrete column preventing a vertical rebar to bend due to the load of a structure and the earthquake by bending one side of one end part of a tie hoop and one side of the other end part of the tie hoop by the determined angle on one vertical rebar and locating the one side of one end part of a tie hoop and the one side of the other end part of the tie hoop in a column concrete core. The present invention is configured to include: a first step of installing a plurality of vertical rebars upward at determined intervals in a clockwise or counter clockwise direction; a second step of, after an anchor is made by bending both ends of a tie hoop after the first step, making the tie hoop to have a circular curve shape so that the anchor part is located in the inner circumferential surface; a third step of sequentially locating the circular curve-shaped tie hoop on the outer circumferential surface of the vertical rebar after the second step; and a fourth step of, after raising the circular curve shaped tie hoop, which is sequentially located upward after the third step, forming a column concrete core by raising and tying the circular curve-shaped tie hoop on the vertical rebar at determined intervals, by locating the anchor part of one end part of the tie hoop and an anchor part of the other part of the tie hoop in the column concrete core, by installing a form, and by pouring concrete.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
