The present invention relates to a method for evaluating the fatigue lifetime of an air cell and an evaluating device utilized for the same which can obtain a load actuating on an air cell when a repeated pressing load is actuated on the air cell in which a predetermined amount of air is injected; obtain an inner pressure of the air cell receiving the repeated pressing load. Therefore, the present invention can obtain the fatigue lifetime of the air cell when a predetermined pressure is applied to the inside of the air cell and a predetermined pressing repeated load is applied to the air cell; and can evaluate the fatigue lifetime of the air cell according to a material of the air cell by determining the inner pressure and a load of the air cell according to a service environment or the purpose of the air cell so that a material proper to the fatigue lifetime of the air cell can be selected according to the purpose of a working environment.
