The present invention is provided to realize a condensing heat exchanger and a boiler containing the same. The condensing heat exchanger comprises; a body formed in a sealed tube shape and consisting of a hollow; a combustion chamber provided inside the body and having a plurality of through-holes to allow combustion gases to be discharged; an exhaust pipe with one end combined to a through-hole of the combustion chamber and the other end combined to the body; a water inflow port provided on one side of the body and allowing the water to flow in; and a water outflow port provided on the other side and discharging the used water. The present invention improves the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger by increasing the contact area of high-temperature combustion gases through multiple exhaust pipes and a two-path method and enables the manufacture of the high-efficiency tubular heat exchanger without an increase in additional volumes. In addition, the present invention reduces pressure loss since a path between the inflow port and the outflow port is short and minimizes a decrease in the efficiency of the heat exchanger by making the falling direction of condensate and the advancing direction of the combustion gases identical even if the condensate is generated in the exhaust pipe. Also, the present invention enables the smooth flow of the used water by fixing multiple exhaust pipes using first and second fixing members and improves the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger by increasing the heat exchange area through the first and second fixing members.
