The present invention relates to an integrated process for producing acetic acid, vinyl acetate and polyvinyl alcohol and, more specifically, to an integrated process for producing acetic acid, vinyl acetate and polyvinyl alcohol comprising: (a) a process of producing carbon monoxide by making hydrocarbon react with oxygen; (b) a process of purifying the carbon monoxide; (c) a process of producing acetic acid by making the carbon monoxide react with methanol; (d) a process of purifying the acetic acid; (e) a process of producing vinyl acetate by making the acetic acid react with oxygen and ethylene; (f) a process of purifying the vinyl acetate; (g) a process of producing polyvinyl acetate by polymerizing the vinyl acetate; (h) a process of producing polyvinyl alcohol and methyl acetate by adding methanol to the polyvinyl acetate and performing saponification; and (i) a process of recovering acetic acid by making the methyl acetate react with water. According to the present invention, acetic acid, vinyl acetate and polyvinyl alcohol can be efficiently manufactured through an integrated single process, and steam discharged from one process can be used in another process among the integrated process, thereby efficiently and economically recovering energy.
