The present invention relates to an application server, a broadcasting device used for village, a mobile device, and a broadcasting method using the same. The broadcasting method using the mobile device according to the present invention comprises the steps of: generating security data and broadcasting data by the mobile device; transferring the security data and broadcasting data from the mobile device to the server by using applications; authorizing users by the server to be corresponded to the security data; generating village broadcasting data by the server to be corresponded to the broadcasting data; and transferring the village broadcasting data to a village broadcasting device network. The broadcasting data includes contents data and information data stored in an audio type at the village broadcasting data. The server controls times or numbers transferring the village broadcasting data to the village broadcasting device network by corresponding to the information data. The application server, the broadcasting device used for village, and the broadcasting method using the same according to the present invention are capable of efficient broadcasting by using the mobile device with low costs.
