The present invention relates to an automatic air collection chamber device for measuring respiration speed of branched in a plant. The present invention provides an automatic air collection chamber device comprising a first body forming a part of the circumference side and a second body forming the remaining part of the circumference side by being tightly attached to the first body. The automatic air collection chamber device comprises a chamber in which both sides penetrate; a pair of shielding members which is mounted at both end parts of the chamber, shields the both end parts of the chamber, and has an inlet/outlet hole; a driving unit which is mounted at one of the first and second bodies of the chamber and generates driving power; a linker which connects the driving unit and one among the first and second bodies and lifts and opens and closes the inside of the chamber by lowering the other among the first and second bodies of the chamber by a driving power; an air discharge tube which provides a flow path through which air in the chamber is discharged to a carbon dioxide measuring device; an air circulation pump which is mounted in the chamber and generates a suction force into the chamber; and an air inhalation tube which provides a flow path through which outer air is inhaled to the chamber through the air circulation pump.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
