PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a high dispersed and high concentrated carbon nanotube solution is provided to manufacture the high dispersed and high concentrated carbon nanotube solution through a mixing, a drying, and a redistributing process by using a carbon nanotube powder and a nonionic dispersant which has low apparent density. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a high dispersed and high concentrated carbon nanotube solution comprises the following steps: The dispersed solution in which the carbon nanotube is contained is manufactured by adding 0.001-0.08 weight% of the nonionic dispersant in an aqueous solution which includes 1-10 weight% of the carbon nanotube powder in which the apparent density is 0.01-0.06 g/cc; the dispersed solution in which the carbon nanotube is contained is dried and a dried carbon nanotube cohered powder is manufactured; the high dispersed and the high concentrated carbon nanotube solution is manufactured with the high speed rotating dispersion after adding a dispersion solution which includes1-5 parts by weight of nonionic dispersant base on 100 of dried carbon nanotube cohered powder. The dried carbon nanotube cohered powder has 0.05-0.1g/cc of the apparent density.
