PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a polymer film with a grafted vinylether-based monomer is provided to simply obtain a graft polymer film with an excellent thermal stability, excellent graft ratio, and grafting ratio by using a simultaneous radiation method. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polymer film grafted by a vinylether-based monomer with a leaving group comprises a step of preparing a monomer solution by solving a vinylether-based monomer with a leaving group(X) indicated in chemical formula 1 into a hydrocarbon based solvent. In chemical formula 1, X is halogen, diazonium salts, oxonium ion, fluorosulfonates, ammonium salts, nitrates, phosphates, tosylates, mesylates, triflates, or hydroxy; and n is an integer from 1-10.
