The present invention relates to a deflection control structure of a deck plate in a slim floor method having a stiffness reinforcing link bar and a construction method thereof, capable of reinforcing a structure of the deck plate, controlling the deflection of the deck plate caused by the weight of a loaded heavy object or a worker during construction, and being applied to a long span. The deflection control structure of the deck plate in the slim floor method having the stiffness reinforcing link bar according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an H-shaped steel beam horizontally arranged as the width of a lower flange forms a large asymmetry cross section in comparison with the width of an upper flange; a plurality of the deck plates continuously installed on the same plane by being overlapped with a long side and supported on the upper surface of a lower flange as both ends are individually inserted into webs of the H-shaped steel beam facing each other; and the stiffness reinforcing link bar supported on the upper surface of the upper flange of the H-shaped steel beam by being welded on the overlapped part as both ends are arranged on the upper surface of the overlapped part located in a valley of the adjacent deck plate inclined downwards while located on the upper surface of the H-shaped steel beam.
