A de-sulfurization catalyst for catalytically cracked gasoline, a manufacturing method thereof, and a de-sulfurization method for catalytically cracked gasoline with the catalyst are provided to impregnate oxidation vanadium sol into porous inorganic oxide minute spherical particles. In the catalyst, an oxidation vanadium is impregnated at only the surface portion of the minute construction particles in the porous inorganic oxide. The oxidation vanadium is impregnated at least a partial portion of the surface portion. The oxidation vanadium coating film is formed at least a partial portion of the surface portion of the minute construction particles in the porous inorganic oxide. The amount of impregnation of the oxidation vanadium is the range of 0.3-3 weight %. Antimony is impregnated into the minute construction particles in the porous inorganic oxide.
