PURPOSE: A resource embedding apparatus for the request of a virtual network in a wireless environment having node mobility and a method thereof are provided to efficiently allocate wireless network resources by considering network environmental variations according to changes in physical link capacity, etc. due to node mobility. CONSTITUTION: A first embedding unit embeds virtual nodes according to the length from a root node. The first embedding unit finds a first physical node, which is an embedded physical node, out of virtual nodes which are connected to virtual nodes to be embedded. The first embedding unit embeds a minimum length physical node having a minimum sum of influence lengths from the first physical node in the virtual node to be embedded. A second embedding unit embeds the physical link of a route having a minimum influence length between the minimum length physical node and the first physical node in a virtual link between the virtual node to be embedded and a virtual node corresponding to the first physical node.
