A box for parcel delivery service is disclosed. The box for parcel delivery service comprises: a box body provided with an internal space having the upper side opened; a cover for opening and closing the upper side of the internal space of the box body; a storage unit provided with a storage support formed for securing a storage space whose size is controllable corresponding to the size of a delivered parcel by being arranged to be fitted into the internal space so that the position is controlled in the direction of the gap widened or narrowed by a slide operation inside the box body; a cooling agent which is arranged on the side of the storage support of the storage unit for forming the cooling atmosphere inside the storage space; and a position controlling means which is arranged inside the box body and expanded by being injected with gas for controlling the positions of the storage supports for filling an unused space to be insulated.
