The invention guaiacol (Guaiacol) for the reaction of lignin can cheomtal oxygen conversion material containing the is tungsten oxide on the titania supported catalyst. Tungsten titania catalyst prepared by the present invention can be converted to aromatic chemicals such as phenol and guaiacol. In particular, the catalyst was anatase to rutile is higher than the yield of phenol, in the case of cobalt showed a higher phenol yield. Nickel-tungsten or cobalt titania supported catalyst of the present invention as described above by changing the structure of titania and a co-catalyst in the manufacturing process improves the hydrogenated deoxygenation reaction.
