The present invention relates to a spectrum sensing method in a recognition wireless technology in a wireless communication field and to a spectrum sensing method using correlation coefficients and skewness in a frequency domain. According to the present invention, the spectrum sensing method effectively uses a frequency band which is the restricted resource by enabling various wireless devices to share the frequency band at the same time, by reducing damage to a first user on the white space, by satisfying with the threshold value determined in IEEE 802.22 WRAN, and by sensing the spectrum using the skewness and the correlation coefficients in the frequency domain.
