Shrinkage-reducing and Ultra High Early Strength Cement Binder Composition and Method for producing Secondary Goods of Precast Concrete using the same

PURPOSE: A shrinkage-reducing and ultra-high early strength type cement binder composition and a manufacturing method of precast concrete secondary products using the same are provided to stably manufacture high strength precast concrete secondary products. CONSTITUTION: A shrinkage-reducing and ultra-high early strength type cement binder composition comprises 50-60 parts by weight of Hyflo cement, 25-35 parts by weight of ground granulated blast-furnace slag, 5-15 parts by weight of silica fume, and 2-8 parts by weight of ultra high performance binder based on 100 parts by weight of total composition. The Hyflo cement has the fineness of 3,500-800cm^2/g, and the hypoalkalinity of 0.6 or less. The ultra high performance binder has the fineness of the specific surface area 7,000-8, 000cm^2/g. The ultra high performance binder comprises 30-50 wt% of SO3, 20-40 wt% of CaO, 10-30 wt% of SiO2 and trace element.
