The present invention relates to a repair composition for outdated cement concrete road, which is capable of showing adhesive strength, compressive strength and bending strength in three hours on the outdated cement concrete road and shows superior salt resistance property, surface delamination property, physical safety for expansion and contraction, freeze-thaw resistance and easy pot life control with respect to snow-ice melting agent. According to the present invention, the repair composition for outdated cement concrete road comprises: 17-40 weight% of an inorganic binder of phosphate magnesia; 35-55 weight% of fine aggregates; 8.5-32 weight% of fly ash; 1.5-12 weight% of wollastonite; 0.1-0.5 weight% of synthetic fibers; 0.1-0.5 weight% of superplasticizer; 0.5-2.0 weight% of boric acid; and 13-20 weight% of mixing water. The present invention provides easy constructability due to easy pot life control and can be implemented in three hours with adhesive strength which is greater than or equal to 1.4 MPa, compressive strength which is greater than or equal to 21 MPa and bending strength which is greater than or equal to 4.5 MPa, thereby ensuring early opening of the road for traffic. In addition, the present invention shows excellent adhesive property, water tightness, salt resistance property, and expansion and contraction safety and ensures excellent salt resistance, surface delamination property and free-thaw resistance with respect to snow-ice melting agent.
