The present invention relates to a spacer flange for fastening a booster system, wherein the spacer flange is capable of reducing the area of a booster pump. The spacer flange for fastening the booster system is for coupling the booster pump and a pressure control valve in the booster system comprising: a suction header fed with fluid; a discharge header from which the fluid fed into the suction header is discharged; the booster pumps positioned between the suction header and the discharge header, and discharging fluid to the discharge header after increasing the pressure of the fluid in the suction header; and the pressure control valves installed either or both between the booster pumps and the suction header, and between the booster pumps and the discharge header. The spacer flange comprises: a plate-shaped flange part positioned between the pump flange of the booster pump and the pressure control valve; and a fastening part formed at the flange part, and to which a first bolt and a second bolt are fastened respectively or along with each other, wherein the first bolt is coupled at the side of the pump flange and the second bolt is coupled at the side of the pressure control valve. Therefore, present invention allows a short pipe to be replaced with the flange part, thereby reducing manufacturing costs with a relatively simple structure, shortening working hours due to manufacturing the short pipe, and reducing the area occupied by the booster pump.
