PURPOSE: A wire-wireless fire alarm system in an address type is provided to correctly trace a position which a fire broke out, to use existing facilities by interlocking with existing sensors, and to check whether or not a connected different sensor or a whole control system is normally operated. CONSTITUTION: A wire-wireless fire alarm system (100) in an address type comprises a storage unit (120) storing reference environmental information including a reference temperature or reference smoke density information; a fire detecting unit measuring indoor environmental information including an indoor temperature or a smoke density through a sensor for transmitting to a control unit; the control unit receiving the indoor environmental information, comparing the indoor environmental information with the reference environmental information of the storage unit, detecting whether or not a fire or a fire alarm is generated, and generating a control signal corresponding to a detected resu a communications unit notifying the information relative to the fire to fire relevant authorities or fire relevant institutions which are wire-wirelessly connected according to the control signal; and a power supply unit (130) supplying the power to the fire detecting unit through a built-in charging battery and being charged in the battery by extracting the power from a different device when being connected to the different device on the line.
