System Having Preventive Function of Robbery or Loss of Cellular Phone

PURPOSE: A system for preventing a cellular phone from being stolen and cloned is provided to prevent the loss of the cellular phone by enabling a user to recognize a distance from the cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: A cellular phone body (100) includes an ultrasonic transceiver which transmits and receives an ultrasonic wave. A portable alarm (200) measures a distance from the cellular phone body and generates an alarm signal. A user authentication unit (130) is formed on the cellular phone body. The user authentication unit releases the locking function of the cellular phone if the fingerprint of a user is equal to a registered fingerprint.
