The present invention relates to a production method of an electrode catalyst for a fuel cell by forming a core from platinum nanoparticles and producing a platinum-carbon composite of a core-shell structure comprising a shell using graphene structured carbon by co-vaporization; a production method of an electrode for a fuel cell including the electrode catalyst; and a fuel cell including the same. The fuel cell which is produced using the core-shell composite obtained by co-evaporation of a platinum precursor and an organic precursor as an electrode catalyst for the fuel cell does not generate the coagulation and separation of platinum particles and corrosion in high temperatures, long terms, acidic environment, or an alkaline environment, and is capable of having high capacity and high durability.
