The present invention relates to an environment friendly greening reinforcing facilities for the slop of a road for preventing the collapse of the slope of the road by reinforcing and greening the whole slope by using environment friendly materials only. The environmental friendly greening reinforcing structures of the present invention comprises a shotcrete reinforcing layer (10) formed at the slope of the road; inserted underground by being constructed at a regular interval between the road and the slope; a horizontal rod (120) having both sides of longitudinal directions respectively fixed at poles by being arranged in the direction of crossing the pole between the poles at more than 2 stories; a sliced veneer of semicircle shape cross section constructed in a vertical direction at the front of the pole and horizontal rod; an impermeable panel (140) combined with the pole at the rear side of the horizontal rod; a concrete layer (150) cured at a certain height from the ground at the space between the pole and the slope and having multiple drainage holes for draining; a stud bolt (152) coupling the pole and the concrete layer by being buried at the concrete layer while being fixed at the pole; a soil layer (160) stacked at a certain thickness on the concrete layer; a vegetation block (170) installed on the soil layer for planting the plants for greening and supplying water to the plants; and a clip (180) coupled to the pole and the vegetation block for fixing the vegetation block (180).
