The present invention relates to a cutting ring and a cutting ring assembly with the same for a rice polishing machine, capable of processing unpolished rice into white rice, namely clean rice (non-washing rice) without washing. The cutting ring according to the present invention has a ring shape with constant thickness and comprises a plurality of cutting paths which are formed to connect both sides of the ring to cut rice hulls while rice passes. The cutting paths are formed in a channel form extended to both sides of the ring. The channel has the bottom surface and a pair of lateral sides extended from the bottom surface. Also, a cutting ring assembly for discharging rice hulls during polishing rice and for supplying sufficient air to cool rice is included.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
