The present invention relates to an ignition coil for vehicles, an ignition coil manufacture mold, and an ignition coil insulation method comprising: a lamination core preparing step for preparing a lamination core where a horizontal location adjusting groove for mounting the lamination core on the center of a cavity of a mold is formed in both ends of the lamination core while a cylindrical lamination core is formed by laminating unit cores, and where an up down location adjusting groove for separating the lamination core from a lower part of the cavity of the mold is formed in a lower side of both ends of the lamination core; a mold preparing step for preparing a mold which consists of the cavity on which the lamination core having the horizontal location adjusting groove in a side of both ends and the up down location adjusting groove in a lower of both ends is mounted, and a setting part equipped in the mold for being supported in a state that the lamination core is located in the center of the cavity and the lamination core is separated from a floor of the cavity; a lamination core mounting step for mounting the lamination core on the cavity of the mold since the horizontal location adjusting groove in both ends of the lamination core is inserted into a horizontal location adjusting protrusion of the cavity, and the up down location adjusting groove in a lower of both ends of the lamination core is mounted on an up down location adjusting protrusion of the cavity; and an insulating material injecting step for coating an insulating material in both ends and a circumference of the lamination core by injecting the insulating material into the cavity of the mold. Therefore, malfunction and damage of a product are prevented by blocking voltage leakage by having an insulation material coating layer to surround not only a circumference of the lamination core but also the whole including both ends in an inmold method.
