well-known video coding standard has basically three types, namely I, P and B pictures are there. Video sequences are coded as a general picture of the group (GOP i ) structure, a plurality of P or B-picture is coded in one of the following I picture. However, the GOP structure has several disadvantages with respect to error recovery and storage media recording.
