The present invention relates to a passive and an active exercise-trainable biofeedback functional electrical stimulation system of upper limb which comprises: a passive mode which is operated only by a electrical stimulation system which is attached in the wrist and enables to move the wrist with electrical stimulation by attaching an electrode in a wrist extensor muscle and a wrist flexor muscle without having a feedback of a bending sensor which is attached in a finger and a wrist; an active auxiliary mode which is capable of adjusting the strength of stimulation automatically in the setting range of the bending sensor after setting the movable range of the patient by using the movement of the finger and the wrist of the patient through the bending sensor and attaching the electrode in the wrist extensor muscle and the wrist flexor muscle; a PC coupled type active auxiliary mode which operates with the PC program by adjusting the strength of stimulation automatically in the setting range of the bending sensor after setting the movable range of the patient by using the movement of the finger and the wrist of the patient through the bending sensor and attaching the electrode in the wrist extensor muscle and the wrist flexor muscle; a PC coupled type active mode which operates with the PC program and the bending sensor after setting the movable range of the patient by using the movement of the finger and the wrist of the patient through the bending sensor. The present invention induces the interest of the patient by activating a muscle and a nerve of a user who needs to have a rehabilitation treatment and has an unnatural arm and finger activity; operates the system with various modes to induce a passive and an active participation; is capable of selecting a passive training and active training according to the symptom of the patient; increases rehabilitation efficiency by having a training as like doing a computer game by combining with PC contents to induce the interest of the patient.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014;[Reference numerals] (AA) Two channel FES; (BB) Electrode attached instrument; (CC) Wrist fixing instrument; (DD) Each finger joints (5 piece), Wrist (1 piece) bending sensor
