The present invention provides a soft magnetic nanoamorphous composite and a method for manufacturing soft magnetic nanoamorphous composites having 1.68 T or greater of saturation magnetic flux density (Bs) and 1.5 A/m or less of coercive force by extracting nanocrystal phases on complete amorphous phases or amorphous matrixes according to solidification speeds. The soft magnetic nanoamorphous composite is composed of 30.0-40.0 wt.% of Co, 2.0-3.0 wt.% of B, 3.0-5.0 wt.% of Si, 0.5-0.7 wt.% of C, more than 0.5 wt.% but less than 1.5 wt.% of Ba, 0.3-0.7 wt.% of Mg, and the rest of inevitable impurities and Fe.
