The present invention relates to a device, a system and a method for target position tracking. The device for target position tracking according to the present invention comprises a GPS position identification part, a laser distance measurement device, an azimuth sensor, a high angle sensor, a gyro sensor and a location calculation part, characterized in that in case that the GPS location identification part receives GPS data, the location calculation part uses the GPS data received by the GPS location identification part as location of the device for target position tracking; and that in case that the GPS location identification part does not receive GPS data, the location in which the lastly received GPS data is corrected to a measurement value of the gyro sensor is used as location of the device for target position tracking, thereby tracking an absolute trace that a target is located even in the region that the GPS data is not received.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014;[Reference numerals] (10) GPS position identification part; (20) Laser distance measurement device; (30) Azimuth sensor; (40) High angle sensor; (50) Gyro sensor; (70) Location calculation part; (80) Display part; (90) Communication part
