The present invention relates to a social commerce marketing system and a method thereof. The present invention comprises a server with an advertisement providing server which stores at least one among service information, user information, and service use information of a user and provides a specific advertisement to a user terminal; the user terminal which searches a local shopping center included in the service information and orders a coupon by communicating with a coupon supply terminal included in the local shopping center; the coupon supply terminal which receives the coupon order from the user through communication with the user terminal; an advertisement generating unit for generating an advertisement title and an advertisement program for the advertisement providing server and the specific advertisement; an advertisement title transmitting unit for transmitting the advertisement title including at least one SNS communication information to one or more SNS user terminals; and an advertisement providing unit for providing an advertisement through the bidirectional communication with the SNS user terminal based on the advertisement program when an SNS communication request is received from the SNS user terminal based on the SNS communication information included in the advertisement title. The purpose of the present invention is to provide information to consumers located within a close area through an SNS system, issue a suitable number of coupons, and vitalize a local commercial area.
