According to the present invention, provided is a horizontal adjustment technique by a pipe elevation as a compensation work in a declining problem occurring after propelling comprising: a first step for consecutively pressure-input propelling a pressure-input propulsion pipe and a buried pipe; a second step for determining whether the pressure-input propulsion pipe and the buried pipe are propelled downward or not by measuring a linear, the direction, or a propulsion level of the pressure-input propulsion pipe and the buried pipe in the middle of the first step; a third step for pre-digging a part of the propulsion direction in order to propel a head pipe installed in a leading end of the pressure-input propulsion pipe upward after replacing or reinforcing the head pipe in case the pressure-input propulsion pipe and the buried pipe are propelled downward in the second step; a forth step for finishing formation of a pipe conduit from an entrance to an exit by repeating the first step after the third step; and a fifth step for performing a pipe elevation of the buried pipes by setting a SGR method, and performing the SGR method in a lower part of the buried pipes propelled downward after the forth step.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
