Using a body temperature sensing means installed in a smart TV, the body temperature of a user is measured, stored in a database, sent to a medical agency regularly, and monitored. The smart TV given in the present invention includes: a housing; a display on the housing; a network interface; a TV tuner; a processor which is included inside the housing, controls the display and the TV tuner, and communicates online through the network interface; a body temperature sensing means which is placed on the front side of the display and senses the body temperature of the user; and a database which stores the body temperature data sensed by the body temperature sensing means.
