The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for judging ultimate strength reduction with curling for an austenite type stainless steel ��shaped bolt connection part capable of predicting the ultimate strength reduction with curling and capable of predicting the ultimate strength and the curling according to a weight direction edge distance in the ��shaped bolt connection part of the austenite type stainless steel (STS304) using a limited element interpretation method. According to the present invention, the determination method of the ultimate strength with the curling of the bolt connection unit comprises a first step of constructing the limited element interpretation model of the bolt connection unit; a second step of inputting variable for the limited element interpretation model constructed in the first step; a third step of executing a modeling process for the limited element interpretation model constructed based on the inputted variable; a fourth step of outputting a result value modeled in the third step; and a fifth step of determining the reduction of the ultimate strength based on the result value.
