The present invention relates to a method for reducing motion artifacts in magnetic resonance images by using each of local antennas (6.1 to 6.5) of a first group and each of local antennas (6.6 to 6.10) of a second group. An intrinsically immovable section of an area to be photographed is arranged in an area of high sensitivity of each of the local antennas (6.1 to 6.5) of the first group and a movable section is arranged in an area of high sensitivity of each of the local antennas (6.6 to 6.10) of the second group. Spatially encoded nuclear magnetic resonance signals which are received by the local antennas (6.1 to 6.5) of the first group are individually additionally processed. Spatially encoded nuclear magnetic resonance signals which are received by the local antennas (6.6 to 6.10) of the second group are combined by being weighted by weighting factors. The weighting factors are determined to have a reduced slope of spatially dependent sensitivity, which is combined by being weighted, of the local antennas (6.6 to 6.10) of the second group.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
