The present invention relates to a comprehensive blood vessel visualization catheter system and an image processing system which are used in the diagnosis of cardiovascular problems. The provided visualization catheter system includes: a visualization device which includes an optical coherence tomography unit obtaining an optical coherence micro-structure image of a blood vessel, a tissue spectrum unit obtaining a near-infrared tissue spectrum feature image of the blood vessel, and a molecular image unit obtaining a near-infrared fluorescent molecule image of the blood vessel; an optical fiber-based catheter device which delivers light to the blood vessel; and an optical coupling unit which combines light generated in the visualization device, delivers the light to the optical fiber of the catheter device, and efficiently separates and delivers the light to the visualization device when the light returns.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014;[Reference numerals] (130) Optical coupling unit
