The present invention relates to a wellbeing mixing sauce and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically to a mixing sauce produced by cutting dried Chinese radish, nuts, vegetables, etc. in a small size and mixing with various seasonings thereby being easily taken, having rich nutrients and superior convenience. The wellbeing mixing sauce and a manufacturing method thereof is characterized in comprising: 3-8 parts by weight of sesame seeds, 15-20 parts by weight of chili powder, 12-17 parts by weight of sugar, 10-15 parts by weight of anchovy broth, 8-12 parts by weight of raw stems of garlic, and 20-30 parts by weight of nuts in 100 parts by weight of dried Chinese radish.
