The present invention relates to a device for inspiring a non-smoking desire. The device comprises a cigarette insertion hole for inserting cigarettes, a cigarette support for supporting cigarettes inserted through the cigarette insertion hole, a detection unit for detecting cigarettes supported by the cigarette support, a control unit which output a control signal to crush cigarettes when the insertion of cigarettes are detected by the detection unit, a crushing unit which crushes cigarettes by the control signal of the control unit, and a cigarette powder accommodation unit which accommodates cigarette powder crushed by the crushing unit, thereby publicizing non-smoking in a public institution or public facility.
