Disclosed are a multi-antenna system for performing an accumulative layer video signal transmission by applying a network coding method and a transmitting/receiving apparatus of the system. A transmitting device of the system transmits an accumulative layer signal by respectively assigning the accumulative layer signal according to channels based on the priority of each channel which is grasped by priority information of each channel after converting video data into an SVC bit stream (herein the SVC bit steam is classified into a basic layer signal and an improvement layer signal which improves the quality of video information by being combined with the basic layer signal) and performing a network coding which generates each accumulative layer signal by accumulating a self-signal and a signal of higher priority than the self-signal based on the priority of the converted SVC bit stream. A receiving device performs a network decoding which decodes based on the priority of the SVC bit stream after receiving the accumulative layer signal which is transmitted from the transmitting device and converting the signal into a signal of each channel; and restores the signal into video data. The transmitting device transmits a pilot signal by respectively inserting the pilot signal into each channel and the receiving device feeds back to the transmitting device as priority information of each channel by determining the priority of each channel after estimating a channel status through the pilot signal included in the signal of each channel which is transmitted from the transmitting device.
