ALUMINUM PLATED STEEL SHEET HAVING EXCELLENT HIGH TEMPERATURE DISCOLORATION-RESISTANCE AND CORROSION-RESISTANCE

Provided is an aluminum plated steel sheet having excellent high temperature discoloration-resistance and corrosion-resistance comprising: a steel sheet including in wt% 0.001-0.015% of C, 0.001-0.3% of Si, 0.1-0.6% of Mn, 0.01% or less of P, 0.01% or less (0% is excluded) of S, 0.1% or less of soluble Al (0% is excluded), 0.05-0.5% of Cu, 0.001-0.01% of N, and residues comprising Fe and unavoidable impurities; an aluminum plated layer formed on a surface of the steel sheet; a compound layer including an intermetallic compound in an interface of the aluminum plated layer and the steel sheet; and a silica containing coating layer formed on the aluminum plated layer. According to the present invention, since an aluminum plated steel sheet having excellent high temperature discoloration-resistance and corrosion-resistance can be provided, the steel sheet is applicable to a domestic appliance part and a heat reflecting plate, a muffler of an agricultural machine and a motorcycle etc. which need to maintain a unique color and luster even though being used for a long time.
