The present invention relates to a filler metal supply device having an automatic 3-axis filler metal nozzle capable of increasing weldability by preventing cracks or craters from being generated on welded portions because filler metal is optimally supplied to a basic material even at arbitrary positions regardless of directions by controlling the entered angles and positions of the filler metal deposited on the basic material in a TIG welding process. The filler metal supply device having an automatic 3-axis filler metal nozzle according to the present invention comprises: a base having a guide rail installed in one side on the top and a lead screw installed in the other side thereof; a filler metal draw-out device having a filler metal draw-out shaft in which a filler metal draw-out nozzle is installed at the top and installed on the top of the base; a torch body (101) close to the filler metal draw-out device, extended upward while penetrating one side of the base, and having an electrode rod installed at the top; an N-R axis driving part (102) installed at the center of the underside of the base so as to rotate entire filler metal supply device on the torch body; and an N-Z axis driving part (103) installed close to one side of the N-R axis driving part (102) to vertically adjust the filler metal draw-out device; and an N-T axis driving part (104) installed at the center of the underside of the filler metal draw-out device to rotate the filler metal draw-out shaft.
