The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an air duct for an air conditioning system of an automobile and the air duct manufactured from the same. According to the present invention, an air duct molding formed with a hollow portion (v), which becomes a transferring duct of the air inside, can be readily manufactured by an automated process, by vacuum molding two cross-linked polyethylene during a foaming process in a closed system.
